Really enjoyed this, Tracey. This line especially spoke to me: “Resilience is not about avoiding hardship but facing it head-on, learning from setbacks, and adapting with grace.” I’ve written a lot about resilience and I love that you mention adapting with grace. Oftentimes we’re so hard on ourselves, yet we’re often quick to give others grace. Happy to meet you here on Substack and look forward to moving inward.
Thank you for your comment Tracy and taking time to read my essay. Yes totally agree often times we are our own biggest critics, but I'm leaning more in to softness these days and grace is certainly that. Very happy to meet you here on Substack and to getting to know you better. Have a great day ❤️
This part: "A lot of suffering can come from wishing something was different. True failure isn’t falling down, it’s refusing to rise again." Great post, love how you integrate the lesson with the yoga practice, integrating also the physical aspect not just the mental.
Thank you Renata for taking the time to read my post. It’s my way of bringing what happens on and off the mat together for self inquiry 🙏 glad you enjoyed it 😊

This idea of “To bend without breaking.” Is such an empowering perspective and way of being. Thank you for this loving invitation 💖
You are very welcome Catherine, I hope it’s helpful for you. Thank you for your comment ❤️

I like this post. I enjoy encouraging stories sometimes. It is what is needed more so than the waves of negativity we see daily.
Thank you @Strawbridge, I appreciate your comment 😊
You are welcome.
