Hi Tracey! I relate to your roller coaster analogy. My life FELT like being on a roller coaster for so long - feeling anxious, nervous and excited with each "move", anticipating what the future will hold with this new direction (much like when you are climbing up slowly on that ride and anticipating the deep dive down), feeling both the terror and the thrill with each new reinvention. It takes more than curiousity. It takes courage and belief in yourself. It also takes trusting your "inner teacher", staying centred and open, aware of what your intuition is communicating - for me anyway. There will be so many "reasons" to stay put, to not step out of the old comforts. Thanks for your musings. I love reading and look forward to reading more of. your essays.
Hi Candace, so lovely to hear from you, thank you for sharing your wisdom. I always enjoyed our conversations and dances together, it's so lovely to reconnect with you on here. I agree courage, inner belief and being open to the unpredictability of the 'new'. Sweet blessing to you my friend Xx
